Swiss Garden International Vacation Club Berhad

Aku adalah ahli Swiss Garden International Vacation Club Berhad (SGIVCB) sejak 31 Ogos 2006. Sehingga ke hari ini sudah hampir 4 tahun aku menjadi ahli SGIVCB. Terdapat beberapa pakej untuk ahli SGIVCB. Aku memilih untuk menjadi ahli Gold Even (GE) kerana itu adalah pakej  ahli yang paling murah iaitu RM12000.00 pada ketika itu. Aku difahamkan pakej GE sekarang ini telah mencecah RM25000.00. Ini bermakna peningkatan sekali ganda.

Sebagai ahli SGIVCB, sudah pastinya aku pernah menggunakan keistimewaan sebagai ahli apabila menginap di Hotel Home-Based Swiss Garden ini. Sering juga aku menggunakan laman web ahli SGIVCB di http://www.sgivacationclub.com sekiranya untuk membuat tempahan bilik hotel. Disebabkan aku merupakan ahli SGIVCB, maka aku mempunyai jumlah hari 'entitlement' dalam setahun di mana aku boleh menginap di bilik hotel Swiss Garden secara percuma.


Terdapat beberapa Hotel Home-Based Swiss Garden Resort di Malaysia, iaitu: -

Sekiranya ada di antara anda yang berminat untuk menginap di Hotel Swiss Garden bolehlah menghubungi aku untuk membuat 'booking' bilik hotel kerana 'rate' untuk ahli SGIVCB adalah berlainan dan mempunyai diskaun. Minimum tempoh 'booking' adalah 2 minggu dari tarikh hari percutian (subject to availability). Sebaik-baiknya rancang percutian anda kerana bilik Hotel Swiss Garden sentiasa penuh. Jadi kepada anda yang ingin membuat tempahan seelok-eloknya dalam tempoh sebulan dari tarikh hari percutian anda kerana peluang untuk mendapat bilik hotel adalah lebih tinggi.

    4. Saya salah seorang bekas ahli SGIV (RM18,000.00 - Gold) ni. Dah joint semenjak 2008 tetapi tak dapat guna not even once. Disebabkan maintanance service tak bayar (RM400.00) sahaja, keahlian di tamatkan tanpa notis secara emel atau secara berdaftar yang mengesahkan kita faham dan setuju. Sewaktu sales rep nak jual, mulut manis memaklumkan itu adalah investment dan boleh dijual semula. Jika saya simpan dalam ASB duit sebanyak RM18,000 tersebut, agak2 berapa jumlah simpanan sekarang? So, guys janganlah terpedaya dengan janji manis sales rep tu.

    5. Those who haven't sign just forget it, not really worth it. Disgusted. Was a fully paid 27000.00 gold member.Member since March 2014 and had used some of the allotments. Been paying maintenance fees yearly until 2016 when late paying ( suppose in feb ) but in December the same year when wanted to make payment was informed membership was terminated. Email even to the GM was not entertained.
      Imagined 27000.00, friends just not worth it, go find other vacation membership , the sales guys are always looking for commission or cuts for any new membership. Honestly just DO NOT sign the agreement.

    11. bayar beribu utk keahlian tapi setahun boleh bermalam dgn harga bilik murah atau secara percuma, HANYA untuk 7 malam atau 14 malam (ikut pakej yg diambil). tak berbaloi. lepas tu, selalu duk cakap, kalau tak nak guna keahlian ni, boleh sewa kat orang lain. ayyooo... siap boleh wasiatkan kat ahli keluarga utk guna keahlian plak kalau kita sakit n tak dapat pergi bercuti.

  5. I am also one of the SGIVC member. So far I didn't face any problem, because I make reservation via "e-go holiday",so I can check the availability & book the accommodation units of the Swiss-Garden Home-Based hotels & resorts up to 1 year in Advance!

    1. Jgn tertipu dik.. Akak masuk dh lama, thn 2003 lagi. Makin lama makin naik maintenence fee.. Dh skrg makin kurang hotel dlm msia yg kita boleh pergi x mcm dulu. Maintenence fee tu boleh booking hotel lain 2,3 hari lagi.

    2. Betul tu. Berpuluh ribu habis dan aku agak kecewa dgn service ditawarkan. Annual Maintainance makin mahal.hotel makin kurang, sebagai contoh damai laut resort dah tiada dlm list. Weekend nights dah makin kurang. Mmg penipu la korang ni.

  7. I agree with Louis, nowadays, I don't call them for room reservation anymore, I booked online thru e-go holiday ever since SGIVC have that.

    Convenience and it allows me to booked very much earlier.

  8. By the way, I saw love psycho talk about interval international which SGIVC work with. I wonder whether you all know that they have increased their locations to more than 2600 resorts worldwide to travel. I read it in the bi-yearly newsletter from SGIVC.

  10. awesome! I went to MATTA fair in KL few months back and there are other clubs promoting their products as well but come to think of it, theirs are not promising as what Swiss-Garden is offering. I guess it's important for you to analyse it yourself.. choose wisely people! :)

  18. Saya nak jual membership Gold, 16K saja. Dah habis bayar, balance 27.5 years. Sebabnya, tak de masa sesuai nak pergi jalan. Masa mula join membership saya dan husband sambung belajar, sekarang anak-anak pulak start masuk kolej, cuti tak sama langsung. Selalunya pergi ke Swiss Garden Damai Laut saja sebab anak matrikulasi di Gopeng. Last year, di celah-celah buat research dapat juga pergi Guangzhou Holiday Inn seminggu.   24. Saya nak jual Swiss Garden IVClub Full Platinum membership (14 malam atau 2 bilik x 7 malam). Dah 15 tahun jadi member, hampir kesemua home resort dan beberapa affiliated resort saya dah pergi.
    Baki 15 tahun (sampai Disember 2032) saya nak jual kerana tidak guna sepenuhnya. Kekadang guna hotel di open market.
    Saya fikir 15 tahun jangka masa yang sedang elok, tidak terlalu lama atau sekejap.

  27. saya pernah book bilik optional diluar negara tiga kali, dan home base tetapi ditolak atas alasan tidak ada bilik kosong. Tetapi apabila saya mohon melalui booking. com ada bilik kosong. saya ingin menamatkan keahilian saya kerana kechewa. apa komen dari ahli ahli lain.

    2. Kelemahan sistem macam begini adalah ianya mempunyai sistem allotment untuk member. Lebih kurang dengan OTA macam Booking. com dll, mereka ada block bilik dengan hotel untuk digunakan pada satu2 masa. Jadi contoh kalau kita book dalam beberapa minggu lebih awal, slot itu masih ada (katalah ada 5 kosong untuk hotel tersebut). Bila kita book last minute, tentulah slot tu member lain dah ambil. Mungkin ada yang tidak sedar sistem begini ada, sebab pihak ejen tak bagitau. Jadi lebih baik book directly dengan hotel sendiri yang guna loyalty program macam Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy dll. Maintenace cost pun tiada, cuma kena stay banyak2 la untuk upgrade level lebih tinggi dan dapat lebih banyak benefit (member seumur hidup pun ada, x perlu kejar2 stay malam). Boleh hubungi saya jika berminat tentang program loyalty ni.

So far sy bkerja di sgi vacation club ni dah hampir 9 tahun.. tipu kalau sy cakap takde problem lansung.. tapi kebanyakan problem yg datang bila member tak faham betul2 berkenaan dgn cara pakai dan sebagainya.. nowadays sgivc system sgt bagus untuk buat booking dan pengalaman sy kalau member mintak tolong sy booking kan untuk dia tak pernah tak success .. cuma sy nak pesan jika anda join sgivc anda sgt la kena faham cara pakai semua tu.. ada apa apa problem atau tak tahu cara macam mana nak buat then please contact member service.. klau betul la sgivc ni teruk sy rasa lesen ssm dan sebagainya dah tak boleh renew dah but now our company tgh grow ke arah lebih better dgn pernambahan benefits yang di tawaran kan.. kalau awk semua pergi ke sgivc fb anda boleh tgk lebih 300 member bg feedback yang sgt positive.. dan bila sy tgk komen dalam blog ni tak sampai 1% sahaja yg comment dan 99% masih ada lagi happy member.   32. sy dah jd members sejak 2013.service teruk.. bilik asyik penuh terutama swiss garden KL .. lepas tu sy pernah dpt apartment di swiss garden damai laut dlm bilik ada tikus.. bilik tak terurus.. mereka lebih beri keutamaan pada guest biasa dari members lebih baik tak bayar smpai 20k mcm ni.. mantainence fees lg kita kene bayar tp bg bilik yg teruk.. kata card utk 2 adult 2 child tp bg bilik yg ada 1 katil king jer.. janji kalau swiss garden tambah hotel kita boleh menikmati lebih percutiaan tp dekat melaka swiss garden mambers tak boleh pakai.. semua menipu jer.. nak booking kene 6 bulan awal.. tak der lah mudah baik direct hotel mcm biasa jer.. mmg penipu .. sy pun nak jual jer rasa tp ada ke yg nak beli ek

Salam, saya Kamaruddin Bin A Rahman, saya ahli sudah 5 tahun, tiada masalah dan sangat gembira dengan perkhidmatan SGIVC, bagi saya hotel yang ditawarkan di Bali amat menarik & terasa murah sgt dengan apa yg dah dibayar, sampai 4 kali saya ke sana dengan 3 pilihan hotel, Kuantan saya pergi secara berkala 2 kali setahun utk ziarah keluarga, Damai Laut juga sgt menarik bertaraf antarabangsa dgn panorama yg cantik di waktu senja bertiraikan Pulau Pangkor, fahami apa yg ditawarkan, tempah seperti yg dicadangkan iaitu setahun awal utk homebased & 6 bulan utk antarabangsa, jgn sesekali join club kerana voucher percuma, anda perlu audit sendiri kemampuan anda, cuma anda kena faham ini adalah sebuah kelab percutian, jangan masuk kelab perahu layar kalau x minat perahu layar, jangan masuk kelab catur jika tidak minat bermain catur, kelab ini untuk mereka yang serius minat bercuti secara terancang. Sila rujuk apa sahaja kelab, adakah ahli kelab masuk ahli kerana kempen voucher percuma? Juga tidak timbul soal pilihan hotel yg terhad, hotel yg tersenarai pun sukar nk dihabiskan.

  44. Saya dah banyak tahun dgn club dan banyak x puas hati. Tiada keutamaan diberi kepada ahli tempah bilik home based hotels dan selalu x dpt masa cuti sekolah walaupun cuba tempah lebih enam bulan awal. Tapi kalau saya call atau nak bayar ada saja bilik. Hotel home based dari dulu hingga sekarang x bertambah. Dan hotel yg kononnya dpt rate istimewa adalah teruk2 belaka, breakfast pun kena extra. Tp masa promosi perkara ini tidak diberitahu. Sibuk duk cakap pasal benda lain. Maintenance fee kena bayar walaupun tidak dpt booking hotel.

  67. saya dah join 5 years. so far ok ja. saya pegi Swiss Inn SP utk mandi kolam pun jumpa mmber2 lain. and smua nya ok je. dari 10 booking saya buat, ada la 2 kali x dapat sbb ad hoc sgt. tapi da pandai guna on9 ni, saya guna on9 je. nak expect service 5 star susah la sbb value 1 bilik pun rm 80 je. tapi at least boleh la tdo hotel mahal dgn rate rm80. and guna pegi Gold Coast and China dapat hotel cantik dgn value RM80. da cukup bersyukur dah. sbb saya pegi Tokyo, RM 12k hanya untuk hotel seminggu. kira dah balik modal la join SGIVC ni.

  75. Dia org ni memang buat business with the intention nak twist org from the beginning. Modus operandi ; buat promotion period hire mostly malays (promised on commission). After we signed contracts , we will be dealing with credit department (if you are paying instalment). I signed the Paltinum package, after paying 8100.00 as downpayment, pay monthly 394.00.
    The credit department will harass you to fully pay the package.
    You'll only really know their business attitude after full settlement, you are not important any more ( cos you paid full already ) I did used the facilities and maintain the yearly maintenance fees.
    The maintenace is to be paid in Feb every year but that one particular year , i call to pay in October.
    You know what , they told me they had terminated my contract because I did'nt pay the yaerly maintenance fee earlier ( Feb ).
    Imagine I paid fully 27000.00 and I did used less than 20 days and they terminated because of late payment of 400.00. Actually they just find the first chance to terminate you , they will do it. To whoever out there please dont sign anything, sweet talking during promotion period all done by normally not permanent staffs, working on commission.Mostly you cant contact the sale staff after you signed.
    Finally whatever you do , dont subscribe to this company's business.

    1. I had very nasty experience with SGI vacation club. My husband is the main member and I'm the subsidiary member. All the while SGI vacation club have been sending email on promotions and good deals to both me and my husband. However, the reminder to pay monthly installment was only send to my husband's email account and I didn't receive a single email on this! which I'm not sure why?? My husband's father recently passed away and he as the eldest child had to take care of both official & unofficial issues pertaining his family and during this while my husband didn't have any time to check his emails. Guess what happen, they terminated our account and we only reliaise it 1 month later when my husband called their credit center. They gave reason that, they had called & emailed him but no reply the account was auto terminated due to overdue installment. We asked them if they other ways to appeal to retrive the account but they gave us cold shoulder and said nothing can be done. The guy from credit centre even said , I have already told your husband nothing can be done and you are calling again, the answer is the same, 'NOTHING CAN BE DONE' he emphasized, unless you want to take up a tribunal or a lawyer to fight up the case!. He refused to listen more when I told him the reason for delayed payment and when I asked him the reason why no reminder email was sent me which could have helped us to avoid this situation! He said this is the procedure, no way to help me.
      All the sweet talk when signing the contract and now vice versa.. We lost all the money we paid them without enjoying the benefits, really frustrating.
      I don't understand why they can't send a black and white reminder letter to house address instead of emails which might be mistakenly not seen.

Guys, i would like to share the story of mine.well we did stay in SG kuantan then they invited us to come to hear about thier package..actually i knew already as my sister in law was once holding the membership but tendeed just recently as she said not worth paying but every year when she wanted to book, the room was unavailable even she tried to book 3-4months in advance.

    Ok back to my story.. Then we went there pretended that we know nothing about thier scheme. Then came the manager, shared the price and told us bla bla bla.. Very sweet tooth.. Then we told them we were not excited but before we went back they did email us the e-voucher.

    Then 3 days later which is today i enter the e-voucher number..then u guys know what?it's true as per what people been gossiping, even if become thier member also could not book the hotel prior 3 months of the stay date.. Same goes to me.. Luckily i did not fall into thier trap (well i am not interested at all to stay at only swiss garden for free as thier hotel not really meet my expectation except the kids pool, somemore its so wasted paying 18k just to get the membership (pay within 3y) then every year got maintenanxe fees 600++.i was like whatt?!! With 18k i already can tour europe. Lol

    Ok then i message the pic his name is WIN(indian). I told him how come when i try to redeem voucher, it stated the room was fully booked until december 2019..come on, i check booking.com the room is still available.. Then i whatsap him and i said they are scammer! He didnt reply a single word.. Blue tick only! Hahhaha.. I said what ever i wanted to say and i feel glad i made it.. Gosh who ever read my story please dont ever fall into thier trap.. Sweet tooth when persuading us to join the membership. Even you are yet to join they already show true colors. Please spread this!

Pihak swiss garden dengan sombong mengatakan saya blh buat saman jika mahu. Silakan katanya. Sy nak minta tlg drpd anda semua yg tertipu sama sama kita saman Sgiv atas penipuan ini. Tolonglah sama sama sebab saya seorang memang tak terdaya

  80. Saya telah jadi ahli SGIVC mulai 2006 untuk Gold Membership dengan yuran keahlian RM12,000.00. Saya telah selesai buat bayaran ansuran selama 4 tahun pada 2010.

    Pada pendapat saya, sekiranya kita rajin melancong memang berbaloi untuk jadi ahli SGIVC ini tapi sekiranya kurang melancong maka kita akan rasa tertipu dengan janji manis yang ditabur oleh pegawai pemasaran SGIVC ini.

    Swiss Garden yang paling cantik bagi saya ialah di Lumut. Memang akan rasa puas hati dapat menginap di sana dengan pemandangan yang cantik.

  84. Saya baru sign sgivc pada 28/06, plan explorer rm14k untuk 15 tahun. Maintenance fee 400 setahun. Pada 1/07 saya hantar surat pembatalan setelah saya membaca kandungan prospektus, perjanjian dan rules. Saya batalkan sebab skim percutian yang ditawarkan tak sesuai dengan saya, ada pertambahan kos yang tidak diceritakan semasa preview. Lebih menjimatkan dan flexible jika tempah hotel online berbanding dengan skim sgivc. Tepuk dada tanya selera..terima kasih.

    2. Memang patut kensel je... saya dah kena terminate sebab lambat bayar maintenance fee padahal dah bayar lebih 20k. Sekarang duit maintenance yang terlambat bayar sampai sekarang belum dapat refund. Banyak benda yang diorg cakap tak serupa bikin. Banyak fakta saya ada... nanti saya sebarkan ikut saluran yang sesuai supaya takde orang akan jadi member baru. Tunggu masa yg sesuai

    6. I paid downpayment on 13/2/2021 and today 19/2/2021, I submitted withdrawal letter thru email to SGIVC because of personal matter and it is within 10days cooling off period. Based on contract, I should get back all my money, but not sure yet. still communicating with SGIVC.

      SGIVC has replied my email informing receipt of my letter and soon I shall be contacted by their agent.

      Again, please be informed that I need to cancel this because of personal matter. And I stated the story here if there are future people who needs to cancel them like me within cooling off period.

  87. I joined SGIVC member since end of 2018. So far tak pernah guna utk diri sendiri. Last year kasi my sisters p vacation kat SG Damai Laut Villa. Feedback from them sooo good.

    Bila tgok kat forum. byk bad review pasal SGIVC. So, i was thinking to terminate the membership. Tapi dah alang2 nak gi KL tgh2 minggu ni, i decided to make a last minute booking kat Swiss Garden Residences. Nak tgok la btul ke tak review tu. We book for 2 nights for 2 standard rooms coz family room fully booked. And i told my daughter kalau bilik not ok kita check out awal la. Suprisingly...it is beyond my expectation starting from the booking-i asked for connecting room, check in, rooms, facade, facilities & check out experience. Everything SUPERB! I happily give 10 of 10. The staff also very polite & profesional.

    I managed to visit sgivc member office at level 7 but not allowed to enter due to pkp (need to call or email jer katanya). However, the staff who open the door still politely answer & explain in details on few questions i asked her wpun sembang kat pintu jer.

    I also asked the staff why my room very beautiful compared to what i read in forum. She said most of the rooms were completely renovated during pkp for members to have better experience & stay with SGIVC.

    So,tak jadilah nak cancel membership. Looking fwd to go to other destination.

    For those who want to join SGIVC, advisable to join at least DISCOVERY plan. Coz u have lot of priorities/benefits from this plan.

    Or if u join with lower plan maybe u can upgrade to discovery. This one i'm not so sure boleh ke tak. But u may try to contact or email member service.

    My experience dealing with member service was also very good. Dia org sangat responsive.

    I AM A HAPPY MEMBER. Keep it up SGIVC!

  91. Joined since 2004. Now vacation club is outdated, most went bankrupt. not worth the money. SGVI has becoming a useless vacation membership. over the years,

    The first 10 years was OK. Now, makin teruk: annual fees terus naik, limited choices, home unit utk book limited. To join II kena bayar lagi every year.

    Dan skrg byk pilihan airbnb, homestay etc., lebih flexible, choices, many type facilities etc.

    I heard they just terminated membership without discussing with members and asked to pay 10% to restore... crazy company.

    shud continue to alert public not to fall into this day light robbery
